What are your windows and doors made of?

We offer a wide range of materials, including engineered timber, aluminium, steel-look aluminium, and PVCu. Each option has its own benefits depending on the style of your property, your budget, and your preferred aesthetic. You’ll find more information on our doors and windows pages.

Do you provide a design service?

It can be hard to visualise what your new door or windows will look like, so with the help of colour samples, drawings and even referring to previous installations, we’ll help you explore all the options. We can even provide quotations for different styles or materials, so you can compare.

What colours can my windows and doors be?

As well as a beautiful selection of standard colours, all of our windows and doors are available in any one of over 200 classic RAL shades, plus our timber doors can be colour matched to Farrow & Ball and Fired Earth collections – the choice is yours.

Can my windows be different colours on the inside and outside?

Yes, many of our customers choose to match their interior decor and opt for a bolder colour on the outside.

What range of door furniture do you have?

We have an extensive range of door furniture, including a marine grade range that is suitable for coastal areas – of which we have many in East Anglia!

We know that it is important to ensure that the right handle, knocker or letterplate transforms the look of your window or door. They instantly tie in with the period or character of your home and really make a statement.

Can I incorporate glazing into my windows and doors?

Absolutely. Whether it’s providing privacy, retaining your homes character or adding a finishing touch, glazing really allows you to add personality to your doors and windows.

With toughened, thermally efficient glass as standard, you can be assured of a secure, warm and cosy home whichever of our products you choose. Choose timber and you’ll also have stunning stained and coloured glass options at your disposal.

Are your windows and doors energy efficient?

Yes. Our products are designed with energy efficiency in mind, featuring high-performance double or triple glazing, insulated frames, and weather seals to help reduce heat loss and save on energy bills.

What about Listed or Conservation Area properties?

You can find more information about listed and conservation areas here.

How do I care for my windows and doors?

We recommend regular cleaning, both externally and internally, of your windows and doors in order to keep them in good condition.
