Deposit protection & guarantee insurance – for added peace of mind

At The Burgess Group we are committed to high quality, long lasting products, and the highest level of customer service, and we’ve been providing just that for nearly 30 years, so you can rest assured that you’re in safe hands.

However we understand you can never be too reassured, and so for that extra peace of mind, we’re registered with Independent Warranty (referred to as the IWA), who ensure we adhere to strict standards and even protect a percentage of your deposit until your installation has been completed.

Once you have paid your deposit, we’ll register it with the IWA and you’ll receive a deposit protection certificate directly from them.

Once your installation has been completed and you’ve paid your final balance in full, your Guarantee can also be protected, for a period of up to 10 years.
