Timber casement and glazing replacement in a 1957 Bury home

“Our house was built in 1957 and, as well as some of the original window frames becoming warped, they were only single glazed and we knew we’d have to do something about them.

We looked around before making our selection but location had a lot to do with it. Having a showroom nearby meant that we were able to choose someone that could not only supply the windows but install them too.

The installers completed the job in three agreed stages. On each occasion it’s been the same people, very decent chaps who clearly knew what they were doing and cleaned up perfectly afterwards.

We’re completely delighted with our timber casements and the glazing makes a marvelous difference.”
